its not what you cut but what you are cutting on that dulls your knife but there was a test done that showed that the stright edge knives will dull on a glass cutting board but it the Cutco knives dull slower than any other knives
Yes, but cutting on a glass cutting board will dull straight edge knives very quickly, I’d suggest a polypropelene board, cutco brand is good for that but others work very well too.
